Return and Refund

  • Our products are original, high quality and manufactured in a controlled manner.

  • For safety, quality and health protection reasons, returns can only be accepted if the products are unopened, unused and undamaged.

  • Products with open packaging, removed seals, or damaged labels are not eligible for returns.

  • This applies in particular to food supplements and cosmetic products, which may be excluded from the right of cancellation pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 German Civil Code (BGB).

Payment

Payment for items is made using the payment methods available during the order process. We use the secure Shopify Payments system, which supports a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, and more.
