❗ Cases Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a different item than what you ordered

⏱ You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos of the product and the packaging must be provided.

If the issue is confirmed, we offer the customer one of the following options:

βœ” Full refund

(No need to return the product)

βœ” One-time free reshipment of the correct product

Based on the customer’s preference.

⚠️ Products cannot be returned, shipped back to Germany, or sent back to our warehouse.


🚚 Shipping & Costs

  • If the product was damaged or incorrect, Bab Almania will cover the replacement shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


❌ Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without photo evidence

  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind

  • Dietary supplements or cosmetic products once opened, for any reason

  • Any product that has been tampered with after delivery
