A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any individual acting outside their trade or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received,  not including shipping costs (except additional costs for premium shipping options).

Refunds will be issued within 30 days using the same payment method.

We may delay the refund until:

• We receive the goods, or
• You provide proof of return

Returning Goods

Goods must be returned within 30 days.

✔ Customers bear return shipping costs
✔ Customers are responsible for any loss in value due to handling beyond inspection

Exclusions

❌ Sealed goods (e.g., supplements, cosmetics) cannot be returned if opened for hygiene reasons

General Notes

• Please return goods in original packaging
• Do not send returns unpaid

🔄 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the legal withdrawal period, Bab Almania offers a 30-day return policy.

Conditions:

• Product must be unopened and unused
• In original packaging
• Opened food/supplements cannot be returned

✔ Return costs are borne by the customer
✔ Within Germany, €6 handling fee may apply
